New production premiere: 28 March 2026. The Vienna State Opera Ballet presents Visionary Dances, a thrilling evening of contemporary ballet that brings together some of the most exciting choreographic voices of our time. This brand-new production showcases the extraordinary versatility and artistry of the Vienna State Ballet company in an evening of bold, imaginative choreography.
Under the artistic leadership of Martin Schläpfer, the Vienna State Ballet continues to push boundaries with adventurous programming that bridges classical technique and contemporary expression. Visionary Dances promises an evening of visual and emotional intensity, with world-class dancers performing new and recent works by internationally acclaimed choreographers.
