Paris La Défense Arena in Numbers
PARIS LA DÉFENSE ARENA
Europe's Biggest Indoor Stage
Opened in October 2017 by rugby club Racing 92 to replace the historic Stade Yves-du-Manoir, Paris La Défense Arena is the largest indoor arena in Europe. Its fully reconfigurable layout switches between a rugby pitch and a concert hall, with the latter upgraded to 45,000 capacity in 2024 ahead of Taylor Swift's four-night Eras Tour residency.
The Rolling Stones inaugurated the venue with three sold-out No Filter Tour dates, and it has since hosted artists including Beyoncé, Pink and Céline Dion, alongside Racing 92's Top 14 home matches and European Rugby Champions Cup nights. The arena also staged swimming and water polo events during the 2024 Paris Olympics.
